About Me

Hi I’m Rowan, I’m a psychologist, I have a PhD and I’m a professor at a University in London, but more importantly I’m a human being with things to say, experiences, some of them horrible some of them good. I’m here to share some of what I’ve learnt with you.

My Journey

I’ve spent years teaching psychology across universities and healthcare settings, working with students, healthcare professionals and people from all walks of life. It’s often struck me in my work that the things I teach to help people at work are often really applicable in your personal life. If you want to make change happen for you, maybe I can help.

Change is not easy for many people, it takes a bit of work. It’s true we often wish it was easy or there was some pill or magic potion we could take, but more often than not it takes a bit of commitment to small changes, to hard work and you can see amazing results.
