This is not going to be your typical ‘About Me’ page.This site is all about authenticity, living as the real you. Making choices and learning things to improve your chances of being the real you. On that note, I could tell you all about my years and experiences. However, underneath all of that I am a human being. Just like you. A human who has had her challenges, gone through nasty stuff and learned the hard way. I’m here to share some of that hard won learning.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you really feel the need to know about my credentials to put any trust in me, well I do have a PhD in psychology from the University of London. I am currently a professor at the University of West London, and for the last 17 years have been working with Imperial College and an NHS Trust to support and build capacity for change and improvement in health and social care as part of an NIHR programme.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It is true, these kind of credentials often matter to people, they feel a level of trust if a person works at a certain place. However, I would argue it’s not the theories people can quote, the things they’ve read or their title that matter. It’s the hard won lessons, the experience on the ground, the years of supporting people to battle through and make change happen, that’s what I hope will be of interest to you.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, there is no golden bullet in life, there is no magic potion you can take to make everything easy. However, there are things you can do now to improve your life and your world. I can take you through some of the things that have worked for other people. Small, consistent changes, build to make change happen in your life. If you put some effort in you will be amazed at what you can do.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
